I’m happy to evaluate Math courses you’ve taken at another college, first check to see if they’ve already been evaluated by checking the Transfer Database. If the course hasn’t been, simply email math-transfer-officer@ncsu.edu with a course description and preferably a detailed syllabus or class schedule.
For current students who wish to take summer courses elsewhere, first check to see if they will transfer. The Transfer Database has the evaluations for many North Carolina schools and that should be your first stop. Both the content and the credit hours need to match up. For instance, a 3 credit math course which covers most of the topics of our 4 credit MA 241, would not transfer as MA 241.
